Step back in time to the 1970's and stay somewhere out of the norm during your visit in Austin. This is the lowest priced or one of the very lowest priced 2BR condos available in Central Austin. After all, Austin uses the "Keep Austin Weird" slogan and "Live Music Capital of the World" ad so why not stay in a cool place rather than a cookie cutter place ? Groovy it is - suburban it is not. You might not be at home much during your stay in Austin but at least this is way cooler than a hotel with comparable pricing.
It's located near I-35 & Hwy 183 due north of Downtown & Campus with easy access to highway and an easy 5 to 10 minute drive into Downtown Austin. Living room with sleeper sofa, chairs, lava lamp and Flat panel HDTV, half bath, breakfast area and kitchen are downstairs. 2 BR's and full bath are upstairs. It's a nice place - not grungy. A small private patio is out back and the unit comes with 2 reserved parking spaces and pool access.
