From the landmark neon Pegasus erected in 1934 atop the "Magnolia Oil" building (Mobil Oil) to the Broadway musical song "Big D, little a, double L, A-S", exuberance may be the most defining word to describe Dallas, Texas. DowntownDallas.org - CENTRAL DALLAS ASSOCIATION (CDA) is a privately funded 501(c)(6) organization with approximately 200 member companies.
