The Lofts at Stapleton is an all new, loft style development in the heart of the first Stapleton neighborhood. Located on the Town Green, the Lofts will gently curve around the Green in a crescent shape. The Town Green already features an amphitheater seating 500 people, as well as a dramatic fountain area, benches, walking paths, trees and manicured lawns.
The Lofts at Stapleton are ten minutes from downtown Denver, twenty minutes to Denver International Airport, just a few minutes to I 70 and I 25, so you're really connected here. Yet Stapleton’s 4,700 acres will contain 1,116 acres of parks, bikeways and foot paths along Sand Creek and Westerly Creek Greenways and a wildlife refuge, an 18 hole golf course, nature center and urban farm. It truly is Denver’s next great neighborhood.
If this is the lifestyle you want and if this is what you expect, come enjoy your life in a loft at Stapleton. Townhomes will grace the first two levels, and lofts will occupy the second two floors. The townhomes will be an elegant choice for someone wanting approximately 1,400 square feet, with two bedrooms and two and a half baths, and a two car garage. These two story homes will offer a spacious terrace at the front of the home, gourmet kitchen and a grand Great Room. Townhomes will start in the low $300,000’s.
The one story lofts above will range from approximately 600 square feet to 800 square feet, and their unique floor plans will offer one bedroom with den to two bedroom suites with baths. Sleek and stylish, with incredibly efficient use of space, these lofts will live large. Extra high ceilings, magnificent windows and well planned kitchens with high tech cabinetry, will be highlighted by metal accents, hardwood floors, frosted glass panels and innovative storage solutions. These homes combine exciting design and unique style never before seen in Denver.

It was the Swing Era... and if
you wanted to go where it was happening, there was only one place to make the scene... this
scene. "Take me to Five Points." This was the spot where the streets
converged... where the good eats were... and where Counts and Dukes, Ladies and other
royalty of jazz cam to jam and to party. The nucleus of all the action was the Rossonian
Hotel... the hub of the music and the excitement. Now it's happening all over again... and
The Point is where everything is coming together.
This is the Perfect Vantage
Point... for creating your personal life in the City. Minute Spot, LLC., talented
developer of The Point, has created a spectacular community plan that provides terrific
access to RTD Light Rail, as well as memorable views from many homes. And the prices are
amazing for a downtown neighborhood... so amazing that you may be able to purchase for
less money than you're currently paying to rent!
And The Point has a perfect
floorplan waiting for you, no matter where you are in life... starting out on your first
home purchase... moving up to a larger place with more room for entertaining... or
building a family: there is a choice selection of three bedroom townhome plans available.
If you're someone who works at home or needs a computer area, you're going to love the
creativity of these plans, with size and flexible spaces. You're going to love the quality
of The Point, as well... the kitchens, master suites, and baths. And The Point provides
covered parking for every one of its residences. |

The Dakota is a
very unique loft project and the most important feature its location. Offering remarkable, unimpeded views of the Downtown Denver skyline, The Dakota epitomizes Colorado living at its best, offering an urban lifestyle combined with a sense of community and the Colorado Outdoors. Overlooking Denver’s Central Park from historic Highland, The Dakota is five stories tall with sixty-one contemporary lofts on four floors arranged in a unique three-sided configuration. With secure indoor parking and
retail shops on its ground floor (featuring a neighborhood bistro or caf?, it will not
only be very convenient but quite secure, which will make living here a real pleasure.
Even more, at The Dakota,
weve maximized your investment by offering a series of features and amenities that
you may find in other individual loft projects, but seldom all together in
one. And the best part
The Dakota is priced significantly lower than many of the high-end LoDo and Central Platte
Valley properties. You get all this and more
but at a more moderate price point. The Dakota Lofts feature open contemporary floor
plans, large bay windows and large sliding glass doors to private, oversized decks that
maximize light, while walled in spaces provide needed privacy for bedrooms as well as
flex rooms that can be options for an office, study or entertainment/media
room, allowing residents to maximize the live/work concept of space.
Youll also find we
have added some very cool features like large stand alone bathroom vanities, elevated
sinks that sit on countertops, deep soaking tubs, larger showers with the option for two
shower heads, large walk-in closets, cushioned flooring in the kitchen and
flex rooms for your ever changing lifestyle. The
private decks and balconies likely will be one of the most effective design elements of
The Dakota. Ranging in size from 55
300 square feet, these extra rooms offer the advantages of outdoor living
space and have been designed to acknowledge what residents already know that
Colorado winter only occasionally keeps people indoors. Were even rigged with CAT-5
pre-wiring for high-speed cable, satellite and Internet access.
Best of all, our three-sided building is oriented to its
site so that most every unit has an unobstructed and protected view allowing buyers to
choose from lofts with views of the lively urban scene or quiet neighborhood setting that
include: Coors Field, the Central Platte
Valley, Denver city skyline, Pepsi Center, Total Tower at Six Flags Elitch Gardens, the
Rocky Mountains or the tree-lined streets of 15th and Umatilla, just around the corner
from the historic preservation area, Stonemans Row. |

structures, were also the architects of the Renaissance-style lobby of Union Station.
Note the alternating bands of dark red, beige, and light pink bricks, and the
diamond designs and honeycomb pattern used to support the cornice. The original
structure has a sandstone foundation with heavy timber framing. The upper seven stories of
the vacant 190,000 square foot building were converted into residential loft units ranging
in prices from $200K+ to over $800,000. The first and lower levels of the Ice House
comprise 40,000 square feet and have been converted to retail and restaurant uses. Tenants
have included a Brazilian Steakhouse, a South Beach style Spanish restaurant and night
club, a seafood restaurant, an Italian coffee shop, and a French Bistro. |

fa?de was saved and the rest of the building was built around it.
The building was completed in early 2002 and is
the new hottest building to hit the City! The building was not pre-sold to the general
public. The developer did not need to sell any units to the public in order to complete
the construction. A group of investors that had incredible foresight and confidence in the
strength of the LoDo market got together two to three years ago and each bought a loft!
Now that the building is complete, many of the original buyers are moving in and some are
selling their lofts! This provides the general public with their first opportunity to
purchase a Titanium Loft! The number of lofts available is very limited! Prices range from
$399,000 to $795,000.
Titanium is a 5-story building with retail on the
first floor and residential lofts on floors 2-5. There is generous underground parking for
the residents. |

The Edbrooke Lofts are located on
the original site of the Washington Hotel and Studebaker Buggy and Carriage House, this
building was constructed in 1906 for the Spratlen-Anderson Mercantile Company.
The design of the building is regular, simple, and elegant, with each of its
elevations divided into three parts like a column, an approach often used in early
high-rise construction. All the openings are detailed with molded brick architrave
trim and stone sills, double-hung sash, brick mullions, and recessed brick panel
spandrels. The water tower on the roof was added for a sprinkler system in 1915.
It is no longer in use but was restored for its historical whimsy. |

mahogany furniture will lend to their warmth and comfort. Lighting design plays a starring
role in the overall interior plan. The cutting-edge lights, all completely hidden from
view, provide maximum visual impact for the Venetian plaster walls. The sculptural
concrete columns "glow" in a warm wash of light from the fiber optic fixtures.
The European styling of the atrium was inspired by the old row houses in London. As you
step off the elevator onto the main floor of the 5-story atrium, you will be amazed by its
massive size. The atrium is truly a distinguished entry for the residential owners and
their guests. This spectacular creation is capped off with a vintage style skylight that
spreads natural light through out the residential area. Take your guests out to see the
exciting cityscape views and magnificent mountain vistas, or simply enjoy a Saterday
barbarque on the common rooftop grill.

plans are designed with an eye towards creating a balance of openness and privacy. The
materials selected as standard appointments are timeless: slab granite counters and
stainless steel gas appliances in the kitchens; soapstone counters in the baths; hardwood
cabinets and floors throughout all residences. This cutting-edge design is by Appleton

Brownstone-style townhomes that lined the streets
of ancient Pompeii inspired the architecture of 17th century London and spread from there
to the greatest cities of the world. Private houses planned around a public forum or
garden. Individual works of architecture that are grouped to create an urban streetscape
of lyrical composition-an expression that celebrates and enriches urban living.
The only limit to your expression is the two
parallel walls that define the living space. Modern, traditional, urban chic, Asian -
you'll have the freedom to design your entire home to fit your own style. Glass, steel,
stone and brick will create a dynamic streetscape. Private garages, as much as 2100 sq.
ft. of private outdoor space, and a shared garden combine to make these some of the most
unique homes anywhere. These 11 to 13 room, three-story homes feature fireplaces, 14-foot
ceilings, oak floors and huge windows. Every aspect of these homes reflects a quality
befitting their design. |
